Spring-like Temps Could Lead to More DUIs

Posted by Richard Lawson | Feb 23, 2011 | 0 Comments

The warm weather we've been having lately means the patios at many local restaurants have opened up and the atmosphere at most places has officially been relaxed.  A lot of us are taking advantage of the nice sunny afternoons but that could mean there will possibly be more drinking and driving.  The unusual warmth seems to have caught everyone off guard and police could be doing checkpoints to catch drunk drivers because the law enforcement know it's warm out and they know it means more people are going out.  Always designate a driver. Do it.

As always, we do not condone drunken driving in any way. We want you to always designate a driver if you're out and about this weekend. Should you get caught up in a DUI charge however, we will make sure your rights are protected.   Call our office today to discuss your options.
