Gwinnett and Duluth police know that Cinco de Mayo is a night for enjoying drink specials and some people have a little (or a lot!) too much. City of Duluth and Lawrenceville police usually see a rise in DUI arrests on Cinco de Mayo and that combined with it being on a Saturday night this year is a red flag for Gwinnett DUI enforcement.
